We want to make sure that members get their tickets. Ticket cut off date is September 30 th . We were very close to a sell out last year.
This event is one of our largest fundraisers and we need the support of all our members. Please don't forget your donations to the auction. Each member is asked to donate a gift valued at $20. If you would like to make a monetary donation I will be willing to do the shopping for you. Don't forget that we love handmade items for donations. (jams, jellies and pickles are always welcome additions) We will be tagging items donated by members with their name. It is important to let everyone know, especially our guests, how much support we get from our membership in this group effort. It would be great if we could get as many donations as possible before the night of the auction. Anyone that wishes to bring donations they have collected from merchants can do so at the September meeting.
Judy Zehler is in taking care of reservations this year. When calling in reservations and you wish to bring a guest, please mention this and we will be sure they have reserved seating with you. Call Judy at 344-0292.
Again, this year we plan to have one sign-up sheet for the November meeting. You will be asked at the door if you will be attending in November.
Also, please watch for the sign-up sheets for the food donations for our Christmas families. NOTE: FOR NEW MEMBERS- This is something we do as a club. We donate food items, clothing and toys for needy families selected for the holidays.
